The Blue Hawk team embarked on a venture in real estate by acquiring single-family houses, industrial buildings, and passively investing in multifamily properties. With our foundation as investors, our primary focus is on serving the best interests of our investors, which dictates our business practices. Our team has an extensive track record, having invested in more than 5000 units, and acted as sponsors for approximately 2000 units in the multi-family real estate markets of Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin TX, and Raleigh NC.
